(with options to extend your experience if you are staying additional days)
Registration will open week of Feb 9, 2026
The Deep Dive in the Desert Immersion is a rare opportunity to explore innovative techniques for embodied transformation. We’ve gathered a group of fellow facilitators whose work uniquely complements each other and has the potential to catalyze your experience in a new way.
Many of the offerings will debut here for the first time.
The focus will be on exploring, integrating, and living from a deeper sense of connection to all that is… where head, heart, and gut are equally vibrant and engaged. Beyond philosophy, beyond understanding, these curated sessions will be relational, experiential, and practical.
Whether you’re looking to stabilize in peace and clarity or wanting to explore the furthest reaches of consciousness, this immersion is designed to deepen your experience of Full Human existence
We invite you to participate in what’s possible when you enter, open up to, engage, and embrace the Reciprocal Universe, where openness and curiosity are met with wholeness.
We envision this to be the first of many Deep Dives and hope to see you there!

The Role of the Body In Deep Awakening
Awakening at times can be ungrounding, destabilizing, or dissociative—particularly when transcendence or deconstruction is emphasized. In this session, the body is approached not as something to bypass, but as a refuge and stabilizing resource.
As familiar reference points fall away, attending to the body can establish safety, support smoother transitions, and deepen integration. Care of the body and nervous system can also reduce common challenges such as anxiety, insomnia, and physical imbalance.
This session is experiential and may include therapeutic yoga, somatic exploration, and subtle energy-based practices.
Andrea is an Ayurvedic doctor, yoga therapist, and meditation teacher with over 25 years of experience in holistic health and spiritual transformation. In her own awakening process, she found care of the body to be essential. Nervous system regulation, physical practice, herbal support, and consistent lifestyle routines were central to stabilizing, deepening, and integration.
She completed the 10 Fetters Inquiry and The Deepening Protocol coach training, which supports stable and swift transformation through and beyond the various stages of awakening.
Andrea is based between Midwestern United States and Costa Rica, leads international retreats, and offers an online yoga and somatics membership, holistic health consultations, and awakening guidance. https://andrearussell.com/
Boris
Deepening 2.0, the Magic of Attention
We start with recognizing what's just beneath your thoughts + senses, your common everyday perception. As we settle into this underlying quality of experience, we’ll meet/invite all that arises to be seen, heard, felt with openness and appreciation. This meeting of the common and the [undefined/as yet unknown] allows for simultaneous release and integration.
With this newfound perspective we effortlessly explore what else might be accessed, what’s on the horizon. We find that the seemingly elusive - connection, peace, stillness, warmth, what’s truly wanted at our deepest level - is here for the taking. We discover the wounded within with our growing capacity for compassion and acceptance. As we invite in all our sensory and mental faculties to participate, we come full circle to natural everyday functioning.
Welcome to the Non-Resistant Life. As we train this dormant organ of attention, it becomes as automatic as breathing.
Originally trained as an engineer, Boris began his coaching work 12 years ago as a canine behaviorist using the Immediate Moment Theory of animal behavior. This naturally led to guiding the wiliest animal of them all, humans. Steeped in human potential work, he trained in the transformative power of belief-busting and cognitive reframing.
His lifelong drive for what-else led him to the missing link that meditative and devotional paths opened up. Immersions in Shaivite, Buddhist, and contemporary meditation technologies followed.
He served as a coach, mentor, and guide for 8 years before co-developing The Deepening Protocol. As head trainer and coach of TDP, he leads group and 1on1 transformation through a synthesis of cognitive, somatic, and awareness techniques for lasting equanimity. https://thedeepeningprotocol.com
Colette
Erring on the Side of Ecstasy: Getting there and back again when maps don’t work
A reflection on the relevance of mystical and paranormal experience, divine intervention, holy sites, dreams, visions, synchronicity, neuroscience and (mostly) surrender on the journey home.
Colette’s lifelong spiritual journey has traversed spiritual, consciousness, and healing arts studies, including yoga, a variety of healing modalities ranging from the mainstream (massage therapy/chiropractic assistant, craniosacral therapy), to the more esoteric (Polarity Therapy, Brennan Healing Science, Acutonics), to the wildly bizarre (studies with Filipino and Brazilian psychic surgeons and other seriously weird shamanic healers).
She has served as an event coordinator for a number of well-known spiritual teachers, mediums, channels and healers. Most recently she helped develop and is a head coach of The Deepening Protocol.
She lives on the beautiful Monterey Peninsula in California. www.colettemartin.me
