THE DEEPENING PROTOCOL

COACH TRAINING

Launch date: January 2025

Price: TBD

Prerequisites:

Deepening coach trainees must:

• have completed the 6-module Deepening Protocol

• be enrolled in TDP concurrently; or

• have previously undergone the Deepening technique with Rastal, Boris or Colette or have otherwise been given approval by the head coaches.

Learning environment:

At this time all sessions are conducted over Zoom.

Instructional methods:

Trainees will learn through:

• observation and demonstration by head coaches as they lead cohorts through the six module Deepening Protocol coaching program. Coach trainees will attend the entire Deepening Protocol Pilot Program along with the participants seeking guided Deepening and conduct at least two of these guided Deepening sessions themselves (with different clients) during TDP Modules 3, 4 and 5. The head coach/trainer conducting these Deepening sessions will offer further instruction and clarification and each session will be debriefed immediately following.

• presentation by head coaches on the various aspects of the protocol.

• assigned reading and viewing materials related to the protocol, including, but not limited to, Rastal’s Regions, the Martin Matrix and other widely used maps of consciousness

• hands-on practicum as the trainee leads clients through the program.

• feedback from clients, peers, and head coaches.

Learning objectives:

By the end of the training, trainees will have successfully demonstrated the ability to lead clients through all six modules of The Deepening Protocol, including:

• leading a cohort through group introductions, discussion of the various aspects of the protocol: its history, the technique and its variations, the role of gratitude and openness, and a group Sinking In session.

• creating an atmosphere that is calm, supportive and inviting to the client.

• conducting two Deepening sessions with two different clients.

• assessing the client’s starting location on the awakening continuum based on the Martin Matrix and/or Rastal’s Regions and analyzing, through skilled inquiry, the client’s location at the end of each session.

• recognizing and working with resistance during or in between a client’s session.

• recognizing when it is in the client’s best interest to refer them to outside professionals in the case of deep resistance, trauma or mental health issues.

• lead clients to practices and pointers for integration, optimization and bringing fundamental well-being more and more into daily life, including resolving friction in the system, maximizing flexibility, potency and coherence with values and goals, and optimizing the three pillars of experience: nervous system response, mind and creation.
